In my working life I had exposure and dealings with many lawyers. This educated me with respect to what to look for with regard to engaging a personal lawyer. Ms. degree. proved to be someone I both trusted and respected for many reasons. When I initially engaged her service, it was for creating all of the normal "end of life" documents and later for a divorce. In each instance I found her to be an excellent listener and when required she offered-up excellent suggestions and sound options towards my goals. While we have not had much interaction over the last few years, I trust her to nth degree and have issued instructions to the executor of my estate to only work with Ms. Cappolella. She is simply a "down-to-earth" attorney who is capable of removing the anxiety from the attorney/client relationship.
